Hi i have a liftonls750 and it goes forwards and backwards ok it tips fine but slow when empty but won't tip at all when loaded plus the steering can be stiff when moving at speed

3 common things you could try, (1) the small gear pump that supplies oil for both steering and tip, may be warn, ideally a flow gauge would give you what the book says, (2) there is a priority valve to give steering over tipping control, this is located on the feed side of the orbital valve before oil goes off to the tipping valve, normally adjustable, (3) the tipping ram, due to wear in the stops on the skip mechanism the piston hits the bottom of the cylinder, the surface area is greatly reduced and so is the force on the ram piston, we have welded two small spacers on the piston before, this makes a difference to the tipping. (1) is very probable.
