Hi, I have just got hold of a mini digger and starting to use it around the house!

We are slowly doing some self build work so planning on learning as i go along.

Digger is operating pretty well with some shaking and rattling down to my operating, but I have noticed a small leak on the hydraulic pipe union serving the boom ram.

Can you tell me - do i just try pinching the union up slightly, or do I need a fitter to come and sort it out?

    cheers

If its just the fitting Junction, just nip it up If its the rubber hose going into a crimped fitting that's leaking... thats a little different.. to be safe, you should replace the hose in that event because it suggest a sealing failure of the crimp which on a major service ram like a boom ram wants looking at promptly for safety reasons. Welcome BTW
