Ive adjusted the policy through time , to try not to be too restrictive, but there would be nothing worse than a new user who has had no vetting getting in and filling the forum with viagra ads, offensive porn, promoting their own web sites etc etc .. so its a neccessary evil I'm afraidPlease don't PM me for plant advice.. thanks ..
