Clearing Snow 2011

Thought i would share some pictures of me and my mate Chris clearing snow at the local Hilton (Craigendarroch, Ballater) in the winter of 2010/2011. The snow got too deep for the maintenance guys little tractor and they called me. I got my mate Chris in with his own JCB 4CX. It was only a few months old then. I hauled the snow away with a New Holland TM125 and a 12 ton dumper trailer.




Here is the JCB 4CX when it was only a few weeks old.

Yes to all you eagle eyed peeps out there it does say Holes on the back actor as that what he called his company beacuase as he said thats what he does he digs holes!!

Apart from the awfull steering lock ,4CX is my favourite JCB backhoe .

I've gotta say those new JCB machines look very nice. Before Christmas when I was working in Oakville I talked to a fella running a 3CX and he said it was a really good machine and he really liked running it. I wonder if those side shift setups are available in Canada? Sure be handy with some of these places we're working in as of late.
