A leading UK and International specialist groundwork’s contractor is seeking Head of Estimating HE to reinforce their team with a Head of Estimating to lead the pricing of new conventional work and major projects.
The Role

• Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for the delivery of accurate estimates and risk managed tenders.
  
• Evaluation of technical and commercial risk together with new techniques and commercial developments with the broader team would be encouraged.

The Requirement

• Ideally degree qualified you will have a minimum of 5 years experience of pricing or tendering specialist groundwork contracts. Experience of pressure grouting would be a distinct advantage.
  
• A natural leader and provider of direction and concise advice you will be comfortable leading a tender and estimating team. You will also be capable of leading a major bid.

Salary: £70k base Car or allowance, Family Healthcare with annual bonus to 20%
