  • Linde HPR75 R hydraulic pump broken - used pump possibly found overseas

    Hi guys,
I'm new here. From Finland, woo!

I registered here cause you have interesting conversations here, and
I was also plannig to buy spare parts from UK, so I have a vested interest.

My old Poclain 61(-87) excavator has Linde HPR-75R hydraulic pump and it broke down pritty bad.
Almost all of the interior parts were busted, or were worn unusable.

I tried to find the pump from Finland, but it is so rare type that I could not find even a small nut to the pump.

After weeks of search, this place called HY-MAC Construction(UK) informed me that they have a well maintained hydraulic pump available.
They can't send me any photos or give me info of the pump.

Would you guys happen know this place, Is it trustworthy??

I'm more than interested in buying parts to my Poclain, and especially this Linde pump if someone owns one.

Warm thanks to all from chilly Finland

      Many thanks.

Okay first of all, I've done googlin a lot. And by that I mean a lot.

I'm a bit skeptical about these Asian parts and webshops. One of my colleagues used these parts in hydraulic pump and it last 2 months before braking down.

So far, all the places that advertised having these Linde HPR-pumps, informed me later that they only have these new HPR-pumps, but not the old one that I need. Poclains Linde hyd. pump is so special they said.

These 61Ck and 81Ck models were not so common in Finland. Heard that there in the UK you have (had) plenty of these machines.

That's basically why I'm reaching you guys through this forum.

was only looking at their site last night

            http://www.hymacmachinerysales.com/h...urce=WMCMailer

IIRC they specialise in older equipment and bits.

Welcome along to a great site Boyo!
If it's got tracks, wheels, t*ts, or an engine, at some point it's gonna give you trouble!!

Welcome to the forum Whats so special about this pump ? because I'm surprised it cant be replaced with something more modern ?

For all my specialist hydraulics I use a guy local to me

Servetech Hydraulics (John Bell) 01698 826960 .. don't know what you need to dial, calling him from Finland, but I know he does deal Internationally .. he may know of your pump, as he has a wealth of old school knowledge. Good luck ... and keep us posted

Does HY-MAC Construction(UK) have any web links so we can check them out ? Ive looked at a few http://www.hy-mac.com/ but not sure which one you mean
Please don't PM me for plant advice.. thanks .. Post in the forum where I will gladly help, as will many of our contributors.. as the info and responses will help everyone else, which is why we exist

The main reason i put up the search results ,is that i have found in different areas of the world ,you get different results .
I thought by putting my search results up ,It may have given you a new lead .
Recently . I searched for copper washers , for our Fowler VF crawler ..Got no where with my search here .But Stock here on the forum , kindly did a search, and came up with the winning result .
I could not get the checkout onthe site to work ,So another friend "Catman" bought them for me ,and posted them on to me .
Without Internet forum friends ,our crawler would not have made it to the show , we went to .

The pump is kinda triple pump.
There are two piston group nested and also one gearpump in the head of Linde generating precharge.
Maximum pressure around 360-400 bar, so quite big.

Of course you can always put another pump, but then it is a question of money.
Pressures are so high in this pump, that I need good and expensive new pump+ x-amount of work to get it suitable to my machine.

                  Yes, this is the place.
If you say it's okay, I will order the pump from there.

I've heard reasonable reports about 'em for bits, but they know how to charge ......... as Mog would say "like a wounded rhino"

Well they've some broken links AFAIK on their site so I'm not too convinced I wouldnt like to part with that kind of cash that will be involved here,.. without a third party a bit more local checking it out first I'd be a bit hesitant msikkila

                              Thanks for your comments.

This guy, Gould, want's money in advance by bank transfer. I get the pump+photo afterwards..
Is this the usual way to make a deal and payments?
