Well here is the beastie temporarily bolted to a piece of timber weighted down with a channel kerb and concrete block. I removed the pump and cleaned it again found some foreign material in side. Reassembled the pump put in some two stroke oil in the primer,then three swings of the handle up it putted to life in a black cloud of smoke.........
