£12 ph is the low end? im getting £16ph and most ops are now! there is a shortage of us and the wages are going up, i've got a mate who has his own agency for plant & construction he's offering the min of £15ph & thats with digs/van and in some cases a meal allowance! i think you might want to look into this lol
