    I believe this is a Russian T-55 tank chassis with a bucket wheel ditcher thingy on the back kinda cool!

              Have also found another one,Watching it makes me think it was disignedas a warfare trench digger ..At the end of the video ,they do some trenching ,with the trencher going a lot slower .

                Well like almost anything Russian it's designed primarily for the military and later used by civilians. I wouldn't doubt if they were also meant for digging anti-tank ditches they also had another engineer vehicle known as the BAT-M that I think was for removing obstacles or mine fields with its dozer blade/ plow and crane thingy.
