New help Identifying where this make have came off of EC15B

I was digging a trench line and found this part under the excavator. I have no ideal where/what this might be. Can anybody clue me in and give me an ideal? I don't have a measure, but I guess it 18-19mm in diameter and 40mm long give or take. It looks like a spacer

So just a quick update, I found more components laying on the ground and linked it was the fuel tank "L" bracket hold-down. So I just put a nylon-lock nut and resecured the fuel tank.

Yeah so its the spacer that goes into the recess at the back of the tank hold down, should be a plate on top that the bolt goes through to clamp it in place
